2010-2011 Team Registration

Dear Returning VAST member,

We hope to see you again during the 2010-2011 Swim Season.  We will be utilizing the online registration system for the 2010-2011 swim season.  This will give you the opportunity to update any changes directly to the system to avoid any typing mistakes.  The registration fee and USA swimming dues are due at the time of registration (you can either pay by credit card or mail a check to the PO Box).  Paper registration forms will also be available on the website where you can download and mail the registrations to the PO Box.   Here is a link to the online registration

For registrations completed and paid for by August 13th, 2010, we will be adding a $20 credit to your November bill as a thank you for registering early.  This allows us to know how many spots we have available for new members.

We will once again be including a swim suit and T-shirt for those that register by November 1st.  Swim suit orders will be taken on September 15th, October 15th, and November 1st.  By changing this process, we will be able to get the suits out on a timely basis and not hold on to inventory.

Fees for the 2010-2011 stayed relatively the same with a slight raise in the silver group fees.  A list of the fees can be viewed here.  All swimmers will be billed on a monthly basis unless you email and let us know you would like to pay for the year upfront (there is a credit for meet fees if you chose this option.) The billing for September will run on august 21st.

Our first day of practice will be the week of September 7th at both Celebration Park and the King County Aquatic Center. The exact practice times will be available in late August but will likely model last fall's practice times. Celebration Park will continue to offer the Blue and Bronze groups. KCAC will offer the bronze, silver, Gold II, and Gold groups. Puyallup will once again start up in November offering the Blue, Bronze, and silver groups. Puyallup swimmers should plan to attend practice at KCAC or Celebration Park during the closure of the pool. It is important for swimmers to begin at the beginning of the swim season.

Should you have questions, please let us know. We are excited to have you as part of our program and want to make this a great experience for all involved.

Thanks for being part of our team,

Suzanne and Ted Rychlik
